Mock Test: Participants undergo a subject-specific test to assess their knowledge and skills.
Shortlisting: Based on mock test results, students are shortlisted for the next round.
Final Selection: Scholarships are awarded based on overall performance and financial need.

Scholarship Distribution
We offer tiered and flexible distribution models to cater to a wide range of students:
Merit-Based Scholarships: ₹20,000 to ₹1,00,000 per annum.
Need-Based Scholarships: ₹15,000 to ₹50,000 per annum.
Full-Ride Scholarships: Covering tuition fees, living expenses, and other education-related costs.

Health Benefits for Students
At Hippo Mate, we understand that a student’s well-being is vital for academic success. As part of our scholarship program, we are introducing health benefits to support students attending our mock tests.
Health Benefit Options
Hippo Health Scheme: Health insurance coverage ranging from ₹2,500 to ₹5,000 per annum.
Medical Expense Reimbursement: Reimbursement of medical expenses due to illness or accident, covering up to 50% of the bill, capped at ₹5,000.
Healthcare Vouchers: Vouchers for free or discounted medical services, such as consultations, diagnostic tests, or medications.
Accident Insurance: Accident insurance coverage to provide financial support for unexpected medical expenses.
Key Considerations
Eligibility Criteria: Students must meet specific criteria, such as attending a minimum number of mock tests or achieving a particular score.
Benefit Limits: Clear limits on benefits, such as maximum reimbursement amounts or coverage durations.
Partnerships with Healthcare Providers: Collaboration with healthcare providers to offer discounted or specialized care.
Communication and Promotion: Information about health benefits will be shared via social media, email campaigns, and in-person events.
Example: A student incurs a hospital bill of ₹10,000. Under the Hippo Health Scheme, they receive ₹5,000 (50% of the bill) as reimbursement. This example highlights our commitment to supporting students’ health and alleviating financial burdens.
Tiered Distribution Models
1. Merit-Based Scholarship:
- 90% and above: 50% of annual fees
- 80-89%: 30% of annual fees
- 70-79%: 20% of annual fees
2. Need-Based Scholarship:
- Family income below ₹5 lakhs: 50% of annual fees
- Family income between ₹5-10 lakhs: 30% of annual fees
3. Special Category Scholarship:
- Students with disabilities: 50% of annual fees
- Students from marginalized communities: 30% of annual fees
Scholarship Amounts
Based on the average fees calculated earlier, here are the scholarship amounts for each class:
- 2nd standard: ₹17,500 (50% of ₹35,000)
- 3rd standard: ₹20,000 (50% of ₹40,000)
- 4th standard: ₹22,500 (50% of ₹45,000)
- 5th standard: ₹25,000 (50% of ₹50,000)
- 6th standard: ₹27,500 (50% of ₹55,000)
- 7th standard: ₹30,000 (50% of ₹60,000)
- 8th standard: ₹32,500 (50% of ₹65,000)
- 9th standard: ₹35,000 (50% of ₹70,000)
- 10th standard: ₹40000 (50%of ₹80,000)
- Intermediate 1st year ₹20,000
- Intermediate 2nd year ₹25,000
